EARLY CLOSING ON GALA DAY AT 2PM

On gala day (tomorrow), to allow us to set up all of the stores and get the food cooking, children will be sent home at 2pm, instead of 3pm. Please ensure your child knows what the arrangements are for them - whether they are walking home, being collected or going to Kelly Club.

Kelly Club will be open should you need it, but our staff are unable to supervise children between 2pm and 3pm due to their gala commitments. (Kelly Club will operate out of Room 1 and 2.)

All children must go home at 2pm on Thursday 19th March, unless they are attending Kelly Club that day or with their FOTS parent helping set up. They cannot stay at school and wait for gala to start. 

If you would rather collect your child at 1pm (lunchtime), please sign them out at the office. They will not be marked absent for the afternoon.

The Pick Up Zone and Road Patrollers will operate at 2pm instead of 3pm tomorrow.

Thank you for your understanding. We can't wait to see you all at 4pm tomorrow for the best gala ever!

We have very few parent helpers for the gala! It's the first time EVER we have had this problem. Thank you so much to our volunteers packing our mystery bags pre gala!  We have 458 students (from 362 families) and we ???????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????? ???????????? (only four parents have volunteered their time so far for Gala Day!).

We are looking for help with:
Hot Chips (4)
Balloon Art (2)
Bouncy Castle (volunteers)
Childrens' Art (1)
Drinks (2)
Ice Cream Sundaes (2)
Face Painting (2)
Mystery bags (1)
Butter Chicken & Dahal (1)
Burgers (1)
Hot Dogs (1)

We will seriously have to look at ???????????????????????????????????????? some stalls, and we really don't want to do that.  
Helpers need to be here on the day at 3.45pm, and we start at 4pm.
